Whether you're choosing your first KOIOS or troubleshooting one you've owned for a year, the fastest route to an answer is email. Include the model name (it's on the rating plate under the base) and a sentence about what's happening — you'll get a useful reply, not a form letter.

Orders, shipping & returns

Checkout, payment, delivery tracking and returns are all handled on the product's retail listing — the page each "Check price & buy" button opens. For anything tied to a specific order (where is it, changing the address, starting a return), use the order page in your retail account: that's where your order details live and where returns are approved instantly.

Warranty claims

Every KOIOS appliance is covered for 24 months, with lifetime technical support after that. To open a claim, email us the model name, a photo or short video of the issue and your order confirmation. Most claims are resolved with a replacement part or unit — no return shipping drama.

Product ideas & feedback

A surprising amount of the current range started as an owner's email. If a lid should seal better, a cup should be bigger or a mode is missing — tell us. We read everything.
