No accounts, no tracking cookies, no data sales. What little the KOIOS site collects, why, and how to have it deleted.
We make kitchen appliances, not advertising profiles. This site has no user accounts, no login, no forms that quietly store what you type, and we never sell or rent personal information to anyone. The data we handle is the minimum needed to keep the site running and to answer you when you email us.
This site itself sets no tracking cookies. Your browser may keep ordinary cached copies of pages and images to make repeat visits faster — that's standard behaviour you can clear at any time in your browser settings.
Purchases happen on the product's retail listing, which opens in a new tab. From that moment the retailer is the one processing your payment, address and order history under its own privacy policy — we never see your payment details. Please review the retailer's notice for how it handles checkout data.
Support emails are kept for the life of your warranty plus one year, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a few weeks at most. We don't maintain any other stores of personal data.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you (usually: your emails to us and nothing else), ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@koios-demo.pages.dev and we'll confirm within 30 days. Residents of the EU/EEA, UK and California have additional statutory rights, all of which we honour regardless of where you live.
The site is intended for shoppers aged 16 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and there's nothing here designed to.
If this policy ever changes, the new text appears on this page with a revised date. We won't weaken the promises above without saying so plainly at the top of the page.
