The plain-English terms for using the KOIOS site: pricing, ordering, the 24-month warranty and what we ask of you.
These terms govern your use of KOIOS Kitchen Guide. By browsing the site you accept them; if you don't accept them, please close the tab. They exist to set honest expectations, not to hide anything in the fine print.
We keep model specifications, star ratings and prices current, but appliances get revised and prices move. The price and configuration shown at the retail checkout at the moment you order are the ones that apply. Obvious errors on this site (a $9.99 juicer, say) don't create an obligation to sell at that figure.
Clicking "Check price & buy" opens the product's retail listing in a new tab, where payment, shipping, delivery timelines and returns are processed under the retail platform's own terms of sale. Your contract of sale is formed there at checkout. For order-specific matters — tracking, address changes, returns — use your order page on that platform; it holds your order details and resolves these fastest.
KOIOS appliances carry 24-month quality coverage from the date of delivery, plus lifetime technical support. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use; it doesn't cover commercial use, accident damage or normal wear parts like gaskets. Product photography, copy, the KOIOS wordmark and page designs are our intellectual property or used with permission. You're welcome to share links and quote short excerpts with attribution; wholesale copying of pages, images or the catalogue is not permitted.
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at abusive rates or misrepresent yourself as KOIOS. That's the whole list.
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site itself. Nothing in these terms limits the product warranty above, your statutory consumer rights, or liability that can't lawfully be excluded.
